Cathy Rinn of KellyBelle Studios is a decorative painter and Stenciler with 20 years experience - plus an additional 10 years experience as a classroom art teacher.  Cathy is also the Stenciling Certification chairperson for IDAL and brings her enthusiasm for stenciling and the certification program to this course.  Cathy believes in a collaborative class atmosphere and will share tips and tricks and answer a myriad of questions to get her students inspired to go Stencil something Spectacular!
