Annie Margarita started her art career early with painting scenic backdrops in middle school, and she was selling fine art paintings in high school.  Upon graduation, with the fear of becoming a “starving artist”,  she enlisted in the Marines. Commanders asked her to paint many murals along with her other assignments.  She acquired an addiction to travel, and learning about other cultures and art forms.

After leaving the service, she worked at Sea World, Disney, Universal Studios and internationally as a scenic artist in murals, and as a 3D industrial artist creating features and sets, plus competing and showing her fine art paintings.  She has owned Annie Margarita Studios for 24 years, painting murals, creating decorative plasters and faux in private homes and businesses.

Her experiences along with degrees in Interior Design, Film and Animation, gives her creations emotional impact, originality, while she maintains the highest quality in her works.
